Job Description

- Manage multiple calendars and scheduling of appointments with executives, external partners, customers and other stakeholders as determined by priority
- Independently research, compile data and compose both routine and non-routine correspondence, reports
- Coordinate meetings, Teams calls and teleconferences
- Support leadership in providing organization, meeting prep, action item tracking, scorecard management.
- Take initiative in providing relevant data, information, back-up support materials to assist manager with day to day operations.
- Fill in PSC forms for transfers, supervisor changes, employee leaves, promotions, etc.
- Ensure that communications are promptly and accurately dispatched.
- May be responsible for the coordination and planning of facility needs (space, etc.)
- May be requested to produce and maintain process flow charts and organizational charts for department.
- May be required to maintain database or track appropriate departmental information.
- Responsible for the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Req
- Preference for a tertiary degree
- Minimum of one (1) years administrative or secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and job-related experience Req
- Experience with Office suite, Teams, Sharepoint
- Preference for someone in Durham, NC area

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,400.00 - $115,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
