      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support development and sustainment of data and systems roadmap, design key indicators and progress measures to achieve business targets
      - Gather and analyze needs across business unit & provide insights and recommendations in support of the business objectives
      - Collaborate with multiple multi-functional teams and find opportunities to improve, develop project ideas and initiatives
      - Serve as a trusted domain expert (SME) and a technical lead across a broad range of digital competencies (including Power Platform, Python, etc.)
      - Build and maintain good working relations with key stakeholders across LP, central functions, and other business units

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar related field and 7+ years of directly related experience with data & technology
      - Experience with developing and/or establishing long-term (3+ year) plans and strategies
      - Demonstrated experience with Power Platform, Python, SQL and/or related languages and technologies
      - Outstanding facilitation skills in front of larger diverse audience
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with senior partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with establishing business-focused Center of Excellences or Communities of Practice
      - Excellent mediation, negotiation, and resolution skills
      - Dashboard and data visualization experience (e.g., Power BI)
