  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements
  - Conduct requirements analysis to determine feasibility of design and plan technical implementation
  - Configure and test software applications to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability
  - Write, debug, and review high-quality code while tracking and resolving production issues
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application development and quality assurance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  - One (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  - One (1) year of experience with databases such as Oracle, Teradata, or DB2
  - Proficiency in software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
  - Experience in healthcare or retail domain support and large data analytics
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, MySQL, or NoSQL
  - Familiarity with Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes and healthcare data management techniques
  - Knowledge of data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy
