What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Tableau and ETL tools
- Execute data analysis plans and provide actionable recommendations
- Validate and clean up input data and resolve data quality problems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights
- Reverse engineer business processes and identify core business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience as a BI, business, or data analyst
- Strong technical skills in data management, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience in building and analyzing reports and dashboards
- Excellent presentation skills and understanding of analytic/statistical concepts
- Proficiency in Tableau and ETL processes/tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a remote environment
- Business analysis or project/client management experience
- Exposure to SharePoint Power Applications and SSRS
- Broad understanding of the Corporate Real Estate business
