      The Sr Analyst, Business Process role supports and manages our Third-Party Reverse Logistics Supplier and is a key position for the Operations Team to ensure that established and/or implemented processes promote quality, accuracy and velocity. Working directly with the Supplier Operations team, ensure processes maximize efficiency and minimize costs by eliminating nonvalue add activities, and improving process cycle times. This individual will be responsible for evaluating processes and inventory, identifying opportunities, and implementing change that aligns with the business objectives for the organization. This position will also manage inventory accuracy, working with internal and external partners to manage and resolve out of sync variances, cycle count results and all other required inventory adjustments for Reverse.

      This is a highly dynamic and continuously evolving area of T-Mobile’s business; the ideal candidate works well through ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment, and possesses excellent problem solving and performance management skills.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage 3PL Supplier and achieve performance SLAs for Reverse Return Center Inventory, exceptions processes and other areas of processing for devices returned
      • Partner with 3P Reverse Return Center, review exception processing, identify root cause and implement process improvements to minimize the exceptions
      • Monitor reverse operations for processing accuracy, review and work with Supplier on any opportunities identified to improve and implement process enhancements
      • Review performance metrics daily and work with Supplier and/or internal teams to address any issues or out of compliance metrics
      • Ensure SOX compliance is maintained throughout the year
      • Establish recovery plans for any out of SLA metrics and manage 3PLs to the recovery
      • Assist with Customer CARE and Retail escalations

      Qualifications:

      • 4+ years related work experience
      • 2-4 Years
        • Inventory Controls
        • Reverse Logistics process management
        • Experience managing warehouse or third party logistics provider
        • Wireless or other consumer product OEM experience
      • Application Experience
        • Proficient in Excel
        • SQL experience is beneficial
        • SAP
        • Visio
      • Soft Skills
        • Utilize a logical and systematic approach to identifying, analyzing and solving problems in both physical and data based processes.
        • Work effectively in a diverse environment, extremely flexible with changing priorities, and learn new skills and systems quickly.
        • Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal form which yield desired results for the business.
        • Ability to make and communicate effective decisions based on business requirements, efficiency and other key variables.
