      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and contribute to the development and implementation of Enterprise Resiliency policies, strategies, and plans
      - Establish working relationships with key business partners to drive Business Continuity Lifecycle activities
      - Execute program controls to identify resiliency risk issues and recommend corrective actions
      - Support crisis monitoring and response efforts during actual or potential business disruptions
      - Develop and distribute resiliency metrics and management reports as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a business continuity or business resilience role within Financial Services, Technology, Consulting, or other regulated industries
      - 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the Business Continuity Management Lifecycle
      - Business Continuity Certification Designation (CBCP, ABCP, MBCI) or willingness to obtain within the first 6-12 months
      - Experience using BCP planning and incident management tools, preferably Archer GRC, Everbridge, or similar
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship-building ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and methodologies
      - Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience
      - Strong project management skills and attention to detail
      - Experience supporting crisis management and incident response
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office 360 and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Confluence, SharePoint)
