What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform month-end journal entries, variance analyses, and reporting for various areas within the Digital Data Analytics and Technology (DDAT) Finance Organization
- Assist in developing financial models and templates for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and cost center owners for accurate FTE roster maintenance
- Conduct financial analyses based on KPIs for Senior Management meetings
- Manage and maintain internal resource rosters for accurate labor reporting and facilitate budget updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience in an FP&A role
- 2 or more years of experience performing actuals vs. budget variance analysis
- 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- 2 or more years of experience with Clarity PM and/or SAP ERP products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a large company setting
- Familiarity with Clarity PM, Anaplan, Apptio, SAP Business Intelligence: S/4HANA, and Analytics for Excel
- Experience performing trend analysis for business, IT, or digital projects
- Background in Finance or PMO department within a large healthcare or insurance provider
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
