Job Description

- Candidate Interview Scheduling (Virtual and In Person Interviews)
- Configure and maintain interview scheduling technology
- Determine number of interviews required each month for Sr. Lead Advisors and assign accordingly
- Invite external franchisee candidates (~75 candidates/month)
- Update applicant tracking system (Avature) with interview dates and times
- Experiential Interviews
- Calendar management for Experiential Interviews (~12/year)
- Coordinate travel logistics for candidates attending Experiential Interviews in the field
- Ensure candidate readiness for participation
- Non-Disclosure Document Signed
- Shoe for Crews/Covers Purchased
- Food Safety Review
- Process reimbursement requests for candidates
- External Franchisee Candidate and Operator Credit Checks
- Request and review credit checks for external franchisee candidates following a Virtual Interview
- Update applicant tracking system with credit check notes and score
- Serve as point of contact for Operators, as needed, to troubleshoot/assist when submitting credit checks for Multi-Restaurant or Relocation selection.
- International Franchisee Candidate Technology Support (All Markets)
- Provide applicant tracking system (Avature) technical support, as directed by Lead Analyst
- Request and review credit checks for external franchisee candidates following a Virtual Interview (Canadian Residents only)
- Technology, Systems & Processes Support
- Manage domestic franchisee candidate Technical Assistance Inbox
- Respond to inquiries via email/phone communication
- Manage revisions to domestic and international technology job aides
- Assist in creation of new video clips for continuous training
- Establish Documentation System for Franchisee Selection technology, systems & processes resources (i.e. templates, job aides, e-learning, etc.)
- Review and update Pinpoint map to reflect Restaurant growth areas
- Assist with applicant tracking system configurations/enhancements, as directed by Lead Analyst
- Support ongoing Franchisee Selection Team trainings and assist in facilitation
- Manage domestic franchisee candidate Technical Assistance Inbox
- Serve as point of contact and facilitate quarterly touchpoints with Region Administrators in support of
- Operator selection processes for Multi-Restaurant and Relocation, specific to applicant tracking system (Avature).
- Participate in scheduled Franchisee Sourcing Team meetings.
- Various other projects/duties, as assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Overview
The Sr. Analyst is a member of the Franchisee Sourcing team at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and supports the work of the Franchisee Selection team (Recruiting, Screening, Sourcing and Selection). In addition, this position will work closely with the Franchise Sourcing Lead Analyst to support the technical work of the technology systems utilized by both the Domestic and International Franchisee Selection teams. This position serves as the main point of contact for external candidates as they move through the first half of the selection process. This position reports directly to the Sr. Principal Team Leader for Sourcing Team. Technical work will be overseen by the Lead Analyst.
