What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL programming and other analytic tools
- Create new databases and reporting tools based on project specifications
- Analyze data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, and opportunities
- Assist with research, development, and completion of special projects
- Maintain SharePoint Sites as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience in database and data management
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Healthcare experience in quantifying and analyzing financial and utilization metrics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Analyst or Financial/Accounting Analyst
- Familiarity with BI tools and multiple data systems and models
