What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform application configuration, setup, and testing of the Oracle HCM Application and other HR applications
- Provide ongoing support and testing for business processes, reports, and integrations
- Review business requirements and document functional design
- Assist with assessment, testing, and preparation for Oracle quarterly releases
- Collaborate with HR Department and Oracle support team to develop and execute test scripts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human Resources, or related field
- 3 or more years of Human Resources experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud
- Subject Matter Expert in HCM stack and HCM processing
- Comprehensive HRIS systems background, particularly in Oracle Cloud
- Experience using incident management tools like Service Now
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system configuration, implementation life cycle, and project management
- Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or HCM modules
- Experience with OTBI to create reports and dashboards
