What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions using various modalities for the value-based solutions business
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create relevant learning content
- Apply adult learning principles and best practices to enhance learning effectiveness
- Manage content development lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met
- Contribute to user testing and develop program communications and impact assessment plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of work experience in instructional design or related field
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing adult learning programs, including digital and classroom training
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts, techniques, frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
- US work authorization and a mindset that embodies the "Oaky" values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional content development, particularly for onboarding programs in a technology-enabled environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information for learning interventions
- Excellent writing and attention to detail skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
