      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      The Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation has a primary focus around conducting analysis and driving execution through routines and rituals. supporting the Transportation Manager and Planners. Duties will consist of Active engagement in supporting cross functional communication for transportation performance management, to include refinement and reporting of all Transportation KPIs. Oversee process for logging, investigating, and resolving routing guide issues, capacity concerns and overall failures associated with the end to end process. Evaluating and auditing databases and scorecards to ensure compliance and develop value-added reports & solutions to drive service improvements. Coordinate carrier meetings and facilitate operational communication with carrier base as needed.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Mainly work within Transportation Operations but will have frequent interactions with the entire end to end supply chain including Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, Planning and Finance\

      • Identifying operational trends and making data driven recommendations to deliver against core goals for Service, Cost, Cash

      • A key member to help drive day to day execution

      • Summarizing and interpreting data as well as execution of data results

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

      • Bachelor’s degree in related field

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain

      • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

      • Military experience considered in lieu of education requirement

      PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:

      • Strong analytic skills; the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement

      • Self-starter who can drive results given ambiguity and minimal direction and oversight

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the organization

      • The ability to build business partnerships and external collaboration opportunities wherever possible

      • Knowledge of benchmarking and implementation of industry standards and best practices

      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to organize and prioritize the issues and activities necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:

      • Full time

      • Travel less than 5% of the time

      • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees

      • This role is not eligible for relocation
