Sr. Analyst, Marketing & Media Analytics

- Review and analyze large marketing and media analytics data sets to uncover trends, deliver research, and develop actionable insights to inform and optimize client marketing and communications strategies with a specific focus on brand and acquisition campaigns, email offer optimization and testing strategy, and mobile push notification strategy.
- Leverage agency and third-party tools (including Adobe Analytics, Excel Tableau, and SQL) and advanced analytics techniques to drive media performance, isolate key KPI trends, predict email audience behaviors, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations (including media investment and mix, target audiences, and creative messaging), and forecast critical business outcomes.
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting.
- Assist in providing always-on competitive analysis including recurring reports as well as ad hoc analyses using a range of competitive monitoring approaches covering media spend, campaign performance, creative launches, social activities, industry, business and product news.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, performance, marketing, and accounts teams to develop, optimize, and enhance campaign strategies as well as support the evolution and optimization of data processes, standards, tools, and templates.
- Prior professional experience working within marketing analytics and reporting in a large, complex corporate environment; experience working within an advertising agency or consulting environment strongly preferred.
- Experience working in or alongside the financial services or insurance industry preferred.
- Prior professional experience supporting or working in close partnership with digital marketing teams, specifically alongside search media, social media, and/or programmatic media campaigns.
- Prior experience working within specialized media and marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing and campaign planning, testing, optimization, and development strategies.
- Experience developing and pulling reports and dashboards related to campaign performance analytics for large brands with a national/global reach.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization, BI, analytics, and reporting tools including Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel (including macros, v/h/xLokups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Ability to understand, parse, and interpret data and turn raw information into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Prior experience working directly with clients to understand business needs, refine and evolve process, and deliver incremental and final project analysis and insights.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to understand the story behind the data.
- Comfortable presenting both within internal/team meetings and externally directly to clients.
- Outstanding quantitative reasoning abilities and experience.
- Nimble and flexible mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and constantly evolving goals and shifting process. Able and willing to receive and action on direct feedback from colleagues and client partners.
- Self-motivated and proactive with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively as business and project needs require.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to think outside of the box and try new things.

Job Description
Razorfish is looking to hire a Sr. Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team supporting a key insurance/financial services client!
The person in this role will provide client-facing strategic and tactical support to client marketing campaign and communication strategies by using research, data, and analytics techniques to develop insights, answer client questions, inform client communication strategy, optimize campaign performance, and drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role comes from an ad agency background, has specific experience working with marketing and media analytics, and is a creative thinker who is always in search of the "why" behind the numbers.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration an average of 3 days/week. All candidates must be local to the Miami metro area and willing to commute to our Coconut Grove office location on a regular basis.

Compensation Range: $70,500 - $93,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
