      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Optimize the current Trend Analytics toolset within an evolving enterprise data warehouse (EDW) framework
      - Perform analysis to identify trend drivers and translate insights into actionable strategies
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical and Operations leaders to assess, value, and measure actionable initiatives
      - Monitor performance against underwriting targets to identify gaps and recommend actions
      - Deliver actionable insights to ensure the organization continues to excel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree; actuarial designation (ASA or close to designation) is a plus but not required
      - 2+ years of relevant actuarial or analytical healthcare experience
      - Strong analytical skills, including data visualization and presentation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Proficient in SQL/R/Python
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
