What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and drive quality performance in collaboration with clinical, operational, and senior leadership teams
- Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, and resource requirements to stakeholders
- Create and implement processes and solutions for healthcare workers and internal operations leaders
- Manage relationships with leaders and clinical teammates at all levels, influencing diverse stakeholders
- Use continuous improvement tools to identify and incubate opportunities in value-based care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or work in integrated or value-based care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a rapidly growing strategic business unit
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
