- 45% Campaign Management - Manage some components of addressable channel campaigns directly, implementing larger strategy into each plan, including bidding, targeting, channel unit/ad creation, etc. with autonomy; Help to develop and support test & learn agendas; Track and ensure channel performance standards are met or exceeded
- 40% Channel Management - Support omni-channel planning, buying/activating and reporting for all programs and campaigns with autonomy, ensuring larger strategy is implemented as part of each program and/or campaign; Involved in agency and partner management and integration into workflows
- 15% Organizational Alignment - Build relationships and handle communications and feedback loops with key internal and external stakeholders, including channel and platform partners, agencies, etc; Ensure best practices are utilized/shared; Act as an informal leader and mentor within the channel organization

- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- 3+ years of experience actively managing and implementing large omni-channel digital programs, specifically Paid Social (Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit) and Affiliate marketing, and budgets at an agency and/or large retailer.
- Previous experience with retail websites and analytics
- Previous experience working with large established digital properties such as Google, Youtube, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook experience with newer properties such as Pinterest and Twitter Reddit a major plus.
- Previous experience managing affiliate marketing program, working with key publishers. Experience with Impact a plus.
- Solid understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, tracking codes, etc.
- Presentation and writing skills
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst, Paid Media plays a critical role in driving e-commerce growth through strategic management of paid media channels at The Company Store. A subsidiary of The Home Depot, The Company Store has been a leading bedding company since 1911.
This position is specifically responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across paid social, affiliate, and display platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with agency partners, creative teams, and merchandising to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. The Sr. Analyst, Paid Media will be instrumental in budget management, performance tracking, and making data-driven recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
