What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage data from various sources to identify trends and drive safety improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, to communicate safety trends
- Provide analytical support across clinical operations functions
- Lead discussions and develop materials for organizational leaders
- Support formal safety investigations, including root cause analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills across diverse audiences and stakeholders
