  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions to support business needs
  - Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  - Manage and automate data integrations using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights
  - Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance improvements
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - 3+ years of experience using strong SQL development skills, including complex queries and performance tuning
  - 3+ years of experience working with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  - 3+ years of experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
  - Proven experience communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation
  - Knowledge of call center metrics and reporting, including workforce management and service levels
  - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
  - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices
  - Understanding of cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
