      - Develop the annual budget and long-range plans for Other Store Expense
      - Manage expenses and communicate monthly financial forecasts for store channels
      - Identify key drivers of store expense variability and develop mitigation strategies
      - Synthesize total store expenses to create recommendations for senior management
      - Analyze real estate opportunities to support the future of store operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the retail industry
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Essbase, Power BI, and Anaplan
      - Track record of improving business results through innovative ideas
