What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop software tests for quality assurance to identify software problems and root causes
- Analyze user needs and develop testing programs that meet business requirements across various testing types
- Implement quality assurance (QA) strategy, effort estimation, and risk mitigation for software projects
- Document application defect triage and report defects using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development and mentor junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- One (1) year of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, and SAP ARIBA
- Knowledge of software defect tracking and monitoring
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in domain support for healthcare or retail organizations
- Proficiency in SAP Manual Testing and SAP Automation Testing
- Familiarity with test management tools such as HP, ALM, Rally, and SBM teamtrack
