What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular analytics to monitor operational and clinical performance, identifying bottlenecks and successes
- Aid in the evolution of transplant data, metrics, and reporting through assessment, creation, and deployment
- Lead special projects aimed at enhancing transplant strategy through workflow improvements and education
- Develop research strategies and conduct primary and secondary research to solve problems and create recommendations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Healthcare experience required
- 1-3 years of experience with business or healthcare analysis preferred
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience in Tableau visualizations required
