What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical and analytical coaching on staffing and scheduling best practices
- Educate and train clinical and non-clinical front-line managers on workforce management standards
- Manage operations and day-to-day functionality of workforce management systems, including UKG Dimensions
- Develop and document compliance with workforce management standards using industry best practices
- Lead projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field with equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a related field or role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience with business intelligence reporting tools
- Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Lean, six sigma, or related experience or certification preferred
- Experience managing or leading small projects or portions of medium-sized projects
- Ability to operate in a highly autonomous self-directed manner
