  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide technical and analytical coaching on staffing and scheduling best practices
  - Educate and train clinical and non-clinical managers on workforce management tools
  - Manage operations and functionality of workforce management systems, including UKG Dimensions
  - Lead training sessions for staff and colleagues, including "train the trainer" initiatives
  - Develop and document compliance with workforce management standards and best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with equivalent experience
  - Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a related field or role
  - Proficiency with Tableau Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization Software or UKG Pro Workforce Management experience
  - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Healthcare experience preferred
  - Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification preferred
  - Experience with business intelligence reporting tools or dashboards
  - Ability to manage or lead small projects or portions of medium-sized projects
  - Familiarity with collaborative relationship building with stakeholders and decision-makers
