  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of healthcare claims
  - Coach and mentor team members to achieve established goals
  - Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim denials and corrections
  - Analyze data from billing vendors to identify trends and create reports for management
  - Serve as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff to resolve billing inquiries
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum education: Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  - At least 2 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable follow-up
  - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and health claim revenue cycle workflow
  - Proficiency in reading and interpreting insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements
  - Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - CPC credential is a plus
  - Experience with coding denials and understanding of NCCI edits
  - Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
  - Database query or business analyst experience
