      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
      - Conduct sales presentations and maintain effective communication with customers
      - Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
      - Update customers on product modifications and enhancements regularly
      - Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain expense accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of experience in tooling and manufacturing processes
      - Strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
      - Proven ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts
      - Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
      - Degree in sales and marketing is highly regarded

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Job shop experience is highly regarded
      - Experience in designing special tools is a plus
      - Strong ability to assist customers with processing parts and correct application of tools
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to analyze multiple sources of information
