Job Description
- Req#: 15162
- Design systems or applications based on client's requirements.
- Develop programs based on design and requirements' specifications.
- Create test specifications and execute testing.
- Conduct review of technical work outputs.
- Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests.
- Conduct investigation and implementation
- Lead or mentor junior-mid developers, and in team's operational tasks (initiatives).
- Execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer.
- Lead 5 people or more.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager
- if Emergency Taskforce – doing support for emergency/critical projects, PMO/QMO, Internal projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Application development (Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation).
- Technical background (Java, Spring, C#, .NET, iOS, Android, VB.NET, etc.) is desired.
- Willing to be deployed either locally or in Japan (short term: 3-6 mos. / long term: 1-2 yrs.) as needed.
- With good work ethics and attitude
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the design, creation, testing and documenting of new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. The provision of application maintenance and support services,
either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions.Duties & Responsibilities

Work Location – Open for endorsements from both Manila and Cebu.
Work Schedule – Some projects follow Japan Calendar (must be flexible to work during PH holidays).
Hybrid Setup – will depend on the project requirement; must be open to RTO.
Shifting Schedule – will depend on the project requirement; must be open to be assigned to night shift if required.About the company
