      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of project coordinators and associate project managers to ensure project coordination and completion
      - Support onboarding, continuous training, and process adherence for team members
      - Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications associated with projects
      - Participate in operational and project-specific team meetings with clients
      - Issue regular status reports regarding project work in progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or related field preferred
      - 3+ years of relevant work experience or a similar combination of education and experience
      - Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Proven leadership ability and strong client relations skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management within a commercial real estate setting
      - Familiarity with tenant improvement processes and cost estimation
      - Ability to develop and implement process improvements
      - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
