      The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst supports the utilization of enterprise data to enhance business operations and decision-making through data expertise, requirements gathering, maintenance and documentation. This position assists in implementing and maintaining BI standards, ensuring compliance, and tracking governance processes. This person collaborates with stakeholders to understand their BI goals and objectives and provides assistance in projects and routine maintenance tasks. Additionally, this role helps with data gathering and provides general support across various functions.

      As Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

      • Maintain our suite of existing BI products and the enhancement lifecycle.
      • Work cross-functionally to gather requirements for new BI products and change requests/enhancements to existing products.
      • Partner with FTT Project Management and Product Owners to support data projects and the product development lifecycle.
      • Write specifications, develop visualization concepts, artifact and contribute to the Business Intelligence roadmap. Develop SME knowledge of Finance data to support our data customers.
      • Pro-actively monitor & report on the BI platform, provide visibility into resource utilization, identify and recommend areas of improvement.
      • Collaborate with data architect(s) to identify systems of record for key enterprise data, define data cleansing and completeness processes for source systems.
      • Assist with change management, governance and data compliance.

      Job Specifications:

      • At least 2 years of related work experience
      • Exposure to Microsoft analytics technologies – specifically Power BI
      • Exposure to Snowflake, SQL and database concepts
      • Exposure to other M365 technologies
      • Knowledge of change management around adopting a large-scale analytics program
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills
      • Ability to work in an agile development environment
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in analysis, business intelligence or reporting.

      As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $65,800 - $109,600
