      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor enterprise systems, respond to alerts, and escalate issues as needed
      - Execute and monitor Managed Care Optimizer (MCO) tasks including file transfers and task runs
      - Oversee production job runs and backups; perform triage and escalate issues
      - Coordinate and communicate production changes and code implementations
      - Support HP Non-Stop operations and perform identity operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Experience with case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HP Non-Stop systems or willingness to learn
      - Familiarity with infrastructure backup platforms and file transfer operations
      - Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
      - Ability to manage multiple communication channels and coordinate across shifts
      - Exposure to identity management and incident coordination processes
