What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead enterprise application projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, write use cases, and facilitate decision workshops
- Contribute to the full project life cycle for enterprise application modernization on key platforms
- Maintain strong client relationships to support business development efforts
- Document and present project progress, utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with key platforms such as CRM, ERP, and HCM, preferably tier-one systems like NetSuite or Oracle
- Functional expertise or formal education in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Human Resources
- Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and work on-site as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Enterprise Software certifications
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications
- Experience in formal consulting roles with major consulting firms
- A B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field
- Experience working across different departments in an enterprise environment
