Responsibilities
• experience in Support project of SuccessFactors modules like RCM/ONB 1.0/2.0.
The candidate should have hands-on in-depth work experience for the below-listed responsibilities –• Have Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization.
• Have Hands on experience in on/Offboarding Configuration
Should Have Hands on experience in designing of letter templates and configuring New Hire Activities
• Configure and Design Recruitment Management, Job profile builder and/or related systems.
• Should Have Good Knowledge in on/Offboarding/cross boarding processes and its feasibilities and limitations.
• Should Have Hands on experience in Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup.
• Should Understand creating reports from Report Center - Ad-Hoc, Analytics, and ORD/Canvas Reports.
• Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations , Business rules and workflows.
• Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements.
• Experience in Integration with external recruiting systems.
• Have Experience in integrating RCM – ONB – EC
• Experience with Position Management integration with RCM.
• Should be able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
• Should Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.
• Should Have Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Should Have Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Should Have Need to be a team player and interest to learn and grow
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCAPreferred Qualifications
• The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
• Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
