Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
You will work on the implementation, execution, and recommendation of improvements for campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including involvement in strategy, campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimizations, as well as reconciliation for billing. Your efforts will help ensure a superior level of service for our clients, fostering long-lasting and trustworthy relationships.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Campaign set up and perform quality control, doing data quality assurance via Q&A checks.
Responsible for managing campaigns and daily monitoring, with a focus on meeting objectives.
Management/control of campaign budgets and monthly allocations, issuing orders, reconciling billing, and resolving discrepancies for invoicing.
Preparing reports and analyzing data on results.
Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign results.
Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations.
Reviewing and analyzing client data to improve campaign performance.
Eventually it could supervise the work of more junior team members.
Collaborating with the agency's data teams for analysis and client presentations.
Ability to build strong relationships with the teams you work with.
Developing good relationships with clients if involved in client relations.
If required by your team, you may train junior team members, supporting their development and task execution.
Maintain a good level of communication with teams from other media channels when needed to work with a comprehensive approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.
Proficiency in the Paid Social Meta Ads platform; experience with other Paid Social platforms is also valued.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in execution, quality control through Q&A, and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and project management capability.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Experience and ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data using Excel.
