      McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Sr. Associate Product Manager for the Food Away from Home Condiments & Sauces businesses. This new hire will work in a hybrid capacity from our global headquarters, located in Hunt Valley, MD.

      The Sr Associate Product Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans that support sales volume and profit objectives for the Food Away from Home Condiments & Sauces business. This role has primary ownership of the profitability, promotion, pricing, packaging, and new product plans for the Frank’s RedHot® & Cholula® brands. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development, Marketing Excellence, and external partners to execute growth-driving plans.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Provide analyses and recommendations leveraging market data and operator insights to inform business plans.
      • Develop and execute action plans to address key issues, opportunities, and drive category growth.
      • Independently lead cross functional teams (project management).
      • Execute new product launches, product quality improvements and cost reductions, monitor effectiveness, and make recommendations to optimize as appropriate.
      • Support development of effective marketing plans, including advertising, promotions and public relations.
      • Develop and manage brand budget with guidance from the Senior Marketing Manager.
      • Deliver business presentations to brokers, customers, and leadership.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • BS in Marketing or related field
      • Prior marketing experience with a consumer packaged goods or branded foodservice company
      • Demonstrated ability to be a dynamic self-starter, to work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems
      • Strong understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing
      • Strong analytical thinking needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, leveraging analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
      • Strong business acumen, including how key drivers impact business, how to deliver against KPIs
      • Ability to lead internal and external teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and efficient resource management to successfully achieve objectives
      • Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to present and communicate with customers and senior management

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • MBA
      • Food industry experience
      • Branded Foodservice experience
