- Oversee the implementation and management of SAP Concur Travel Management solutions to enhance travel booking and expense reporting processes.
- Provide expertise in SAP Concur Expense Management to streamline expense tracking and reimbursement workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Concur solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Concur integrations and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in financial and travel management.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize SAP Concur applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur integrations and configurations.
- Train and support end-users on SAP Concur functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of SAP Concur systems identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand and address their specific needs within the Car Rental domain.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Concur solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Concur technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Concur FI Integration SAP Concur Travel Management and SAP Concur Expense Management.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Sales & Marketing within the Travel & Hospitality Car Rental sector.
- Experience in the Car Rental domain is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
