1. Job Title : Infra Dev Specialist 2. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD and will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining our HR service delivery solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company. 3. Experience : 7 - 10 years 4. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery. - Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements. - Provide technical expertise in the integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address system issues and enhancements. - Ensure the security and compliance of ServiceNow HRSD solutions in accordance with company policies. - Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance. - Lead the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff. - Monitor system usage and provide regular reports on system performance and user satisfaction. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices to continuously improve the system. - Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support of ServiceNow HRSD solutions. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD with at least 7 years of experience. - Demonstrate expertise in customizing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules. - Have experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems. - Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD. - Exhibit strong collaboration skills with HR and IT teams. - Display excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions and providing support. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices. - Have experience in project planning and management activities. 9.
