      The Need

      IJM’s Strategic Partnerships (major donor) team is seeking a driven, self-starter to execute critical program coordination while driving the scaling of major donor revenue in the US. This position works closely with Strategic Partnerships Directors to ensure the highest level of major donor engagement and experience.

      This role supports the Strategic Partnership team to drive the scaling of major donor revenue in the US. This position works closely with Strategic Partnerships Directors to vet and qualify leads, assess and cultivate opportunities and ensure the highest level of major donor engagement and experience.

      The Sr. Associate, Strategic Partnerships facilitates a cohesive donor experience of IJMs major and principal donors, ensuring that all interactions with IJM is of the highest quality and representative of IJMs brand.

      Compensation range: $50,000 to $54,000/year

      This position may office in the Washington D.C. area or may be remotely based in the US and reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships, West. Recruitment contact: Kirsten Caudill.

      Responsibilities

      • Major Donor Stewardship and Engagement Support

        • Provide efficient coordination and support to approximately four regional Directors of Strategic Partnerships based remotely around the US;

        • Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the Directors for internal colleagues and external constituents;

        • Partner with Directors to execute customized donor strategies and experiences for top-level donors;

        • Successfully resource Directors and constituents with IJM information and materials;

        • Customize proposals, reports and other communications for constituents; and

        • Ensure constituent data accuracy in Salesforce, including managing updates to constituent contact information, relationships, notes and actions.

      • Program Coordination

      • Utilize Salesforce on a regular basis to create and provide data reports and analysis for Directors and for regional territory;

      • Assist in the development and implementation of team processes and systems; and

      • Manage staff care initiatives for team.

      • Program Management

        • Manage speaker request and preparation process for donor meetings and small events, including development of speaker briefings, agendas and logistics; and

        • Manage small donor gatherings, including assisting with content development, experience elements and logistics

      Requirements:

      • At least 2 to 3 years of experience providing top-level support or coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment;

      • Superior capacity to manage large number of projects and tasks simultaneously and to complete them with minimal oversight;

      • Exceptional ability in written and oral communications;

      • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office;

      • Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize databases, prior experience using Salesforce preferred;

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or other related field.

      *What is a statement of faith?
      A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM.
