- Develop and execute strategic plans to advance our fintech offerings and market position
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Oversee the development and implementation of fintech products and services
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align fintech strategies with overall business objectives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on fintech investments
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance our thought leadership position
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, with at least 8 years in senior management roles
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fintech strategies
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital banking, and emerging technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing headcount of 2000+ FTE
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the fintech sector
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
