- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to support enterprise goals.
- Define success metrics for products and campaigns.
- Work with large datasets using SQL on platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, and Databricks.
- Use analytical models to support decision-making and resource prioritization.
- Create executive presentations to communicate complex findings clearly and influence leadership decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, or related fields (Required)
- 7-10 years of analytics experience, including performance reporting and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, Go, or similar languages (Required)
- Preferred: Telecommunications experience
- Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
- Financial modeling expertise
- Preferred: Telecommunications knowledge

Job Overview
The Customer Care Demand Planning team seeks a highly analytical, self-motivated Sr. Business Analysis Manager. This role involves analyzing customer interactions with support systems like IVR and bots, providing insights on system performance, evaluating new functionalities, identifying service improvement opportunities, and developing reports for partners.
This position requires collaboration across teams, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings simply. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently under tight deadlines and managing ambiguity.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range is $96,700 - $174,400, with a 20% bonus target. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Employees are eligible for annual bonuses, benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, family support, and various voluntary insurance options.
