What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult on practices and methods for defining detailed business requirements
- Review and document business requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with corporate standards
- Support the execution of the development pipeline and delivery of software products
- Collaborate with Project and Release Management to coordinate development activities
- Identify technology alternatives for business problems and provide senior-level consulting services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Six or more years of professional IT experience with leadership in technical and business analysis
- Two or more years of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience as a business analyst, IT consultant, or test analyst
- Extensive experience in the benefits administration industry
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Medicare and retiree data exchange
