What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop system specifications for assigned applications aligned with business strategies
- Coordinate testing between end-users, business owners, and development teams
- Maintain documentation of system bugs, errors, and solutions
- Prepare and deliver regular reports for other departments and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if equivalent experience is used
- 3-5 years of experience in gathering/documenting business requirements and translating them to technical specifications
- 3+ years of general IT knowledge of healthcare operations and EDI infrastructures
- Proficient in SQL Server with experience writing queries
- Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI X12 transactions sets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications and coordinating with various teams
- Previous experience in a managed health plan
- Ability to create business and system process diagrams
