What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and prepare system specifications for assigned applications in line with business strategies
- Coordinate testing between end-users, business owners, and the development team
- Create test cases and oversee user acceptance testing
- Prepare and deliver regular reports for various departments and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in gathering/documenting business requirements and translating them to technical specifications
- 3+ years of IT general knowledge in healthcare operations, payer business processes, and EDI infrastructures
- Proficiency in SQL Server with experience writing queries
- Working experience with HIPAA EDI X12 transactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Background in supporting multiple enterprise applications and identifying dependencies
- Experience in a managed health plan
- Ability to create business and system process diagrams
