What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business processes and associated system requirements
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to determine the difference between current and desired states, and develop strategies to bridge the gap
- Utilize functional requirements and system design documents to guide developers in implementing solutions
- Coordinate and participate in testing and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within an IT function
- Strong communication skills for articulating business and technology requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data analysis, data requirements, data architecture, and data governance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a Pharma, Healthcare, or similarly regulated industry
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce
- Previous client experience in a consulting capacity
