What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture, sort, and transform revenue and sales data for data-led decisions
- Synthesize visualizations from complex data sets and generate automations for performance monitoring
- Champion collaboration between departments involved in the S&OP process
- Map the customer journey through a digital lens to identify inefficiencies
- Support the development of business processes for key commercial improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in related field OR Master’s Degree with 2 years related experience
- 3 years of experience consolidating large data sets and crafting visual representations
- Experience developing performance indicators and measuring improvements
- Proven understanding of common business indicators and financial reporting
- Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing is desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of modern digital tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce, or Smartsheet
