      Job Description:

      This role is responsible to gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness and efficiency of transactions that were processed prior day. The review of these transactions can include internal and external research and can include the review of complex transactions for a single site / business unit or smaller business unit(s). Key responsibilities of the role include strategically advising upon the errors in effectiveness or efficiency of said transactions, using discretion within the guidelines of quality assurance procedures and processing/investigations job aides. This role may also include training/teaching of new and existing associates as well as writing procedures/job aides.

      Responsibilities:

      • Make sound judgment decisions based on the interpretations of laws & regulations.
      • Participates in projects as required.
      • Meet production and quality standards.
      • Reviews operations procedures and implements changes.
      • Ensures the enforcement and adherence to operations procedures.
      • Provide feedback to manager/team lead.
      • Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible.
      • Meet deadlines and navigate change.
