Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present data to the executive leadership team, analyzing data and presenting insights.
- Collaborate with key operating leaders to understand operational issues and develop analysis, tools, reporting, and insights.
- Deliver sustainable business improvements by analyzing performance trends and driving strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain frameworks for monitoring performance and partner with business leaders to tackle strategic questions.
- Perform benchmarking analysis to industry and best practice organizations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an analytical role with increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years of operations-focused experience, including creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects or procedures, creating quantitative evaluative models, and working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies for potential system support/tools.
- Experience presenting data for senior management and operational stakeholders, with excellent communication skills to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
- Ability to organize data, design analyses, and distill insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Experience manipulating data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in dealing with senior management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming knowledge preferred.
- Ability to think strategically about uses of data.
