What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the process expert for Enterprise Architecture using ServiceNow EA products
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during customer workshops
- Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow EA functionality and support customer process owners
- Guide customers in completing necessary documentation and drafting user stories
- Support internal testing and drive customer user-acceptance testing throughout engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least five years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations
- More than seven years of experience with Enterprise Architecture in a support role
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise architecture tools or platforms
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects and manage complex technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and concepts (TOGAF, IT4IT)
- Strong skills in CSDM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow’s SPM products
- Experience with cloud computing and digital transformation
- Desired certifications include ServiceNow Administrator and TOGAF or similar architecture certification
