      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a process expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay departments using ServiceNow products
      - Lead customer design workshops and drive improvements in business processes
      - Draft user stories and manage their lifecycle from draft to completion
      - Support internal testing and guide customers through user-acceptance testing
      - Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of consulting experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay operations
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Proven experience in converting business requirements into configuration requirements through user stories
      - Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay related systems such as SAP or Oracle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
      - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
      - Knowledge in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support using relevant technologies
