- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics suite
- 2-year degree, relevant certification, or equivalent education and job experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM applications
- Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, or other automation systems
- Strong customer-service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing CRM and ERP applications in a fully SaaS cloud ecosystem
