      Ring is seeking for a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager who will join the Channel Marketing team as an on-site employee and will report to the Head of Channel Marketing.
      The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the In-store experience and channel marketing funtion for the offline business and strategic initiatives for key VIP Elite accounts such as BBY and Costco specifically and oversee 2-3 employees that manage Target, Lowes, The Home Depot and Regional accounts. This role will drive all aspects of building long-term, mutually- successful marketing plans for Ring and our retail partners. This role will be responsible for the complete life-cycle of strategic channel marketing programs – collaborating with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, developing strategies, designing in-store programs and then executing, measuring and evaluating them against agreed upon business goals and objectives.
      As an expert in the retail environment, the right person will maintain high standards in all aspects of planning, execution and evaluation to ensure all programs are driven to completion.

      - Lead the Channel Marketing pod of 2-3 Channel Marketing Managers that are directly responsible for the Channel Marketing activities across Target, Lowes, The Home Depot and Canada.
      - Responsible for all Channel Marketing activities across Best Buy and Costco. Execution of Channel Marketing programs from ideation to development and delivery at retailer to support growth and achieve expected sales-out results. The Sr.CMM owns the retail experience from product, category, visual and brand development with influence over creative execution and training.
      - Ownership of the strategic account planning from a retail marketing perspective, building programs to drive consideration, conversion and education. Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
      - Development of rolling annual and quarterly plans with key retail partners, aligned with US priorities. Management of the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets and timelines.
      - Work closely with the sales account managers to ensure best-in-class execution in-store with an influence over how the brand shows up online so there is a consistent omni-channel brand representation.
      - Lead the efforts to evaluate effectiveness and profitability of programs in partnership with Retail Analytics lead and Sales. Distill broad concepts and business strategies into structured channel marketing plans. Track results and deliver actionable insights from resulting data.
      - Develop and sustain strong partner relationships with key retailer contacts, vendors, and third-party agencies. Manage external agencies. ( e.g. merchandising, creative).
      - Support brand strategy by working with internal departments and external partners to ensure that all marketing elements enhance and leverage the brand equity with all constituents.
      - Promote teamwork and collaboration, show initiative and influence with stakeholders on the offline business and act independently to successfully manage channel marketing initiatives.
      - Coach and develop a small pod of channel marketing managers leaning into their superpowers to identify continuous learning opportunities and growth areas.


      About the team
      The Channel Marketing Team is comprised of digital marketing leaders, program managers, events and in-store experience. This role will be responsible for working in close collaboration with the other channel marketing team members as well as brand marketing, GTM, Finance and packaging.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Hawthorne, CA, USA | Virtual Location - GA- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
      - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
      - Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and influence stakeholders inside & outside of the immediate team.- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
      - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
      - In depth understanding of the relevant retail landscape. Experience working with key retailers and familiar with retailer marketing and merchandising contracts

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
