Job Description

Own all Onboarding activities for our largest and most complex enterprise clients who have either recently converted from a trial or who are expanding their existing fleet
Design and configure program settings to ensure the highest level of success early on in large-scale deployments
Develop and execute a customized Program Management Plan to meet Clients’ safety program objectives
Build positive relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement with assigned accounts
Build and deliver both web-based and in-person training and best practice presentations to allow your clients to observe
Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including change management, communication strategy, risk management, mentor techniques and more
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training, and customer support
Present data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive level clients throughout the early stages of the deployment
Act as a domain specialist for new products and features; consult on topics related to new product introduction within a fleet that relates to, but not limited to, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and more.
Assist in managing or leading special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
5 - 7 years’ experience in a Client Success Onboarding or Management role within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Manage multiple, large-scale customer engagements simultaneously; balance the needs of multiple customer stakeholders, while ensuring a successful and timely completion of assigned projects
Exceptional customer focus and problem resolution skills
Proven success leading sophisticated and complex onboarding projects
Ability to effectively present key performance metrics to executive level clients
Strong technical acumen; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
High aptitude for numbers and intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
